House Crochet/Child Development Competition Winners
Students were tasked with creating pairs of crocheted squares which will be used in the neonatal unit of a local hospital. Each pair of squares was worth 5 points. We had lots of entries and a magnificent 122 pairs of squares were made, meaning that 122 new mothers with babies in incubators will benefit from the competition.
A fantastic achievement from all entries. The overall student winner was Holly who won a rainbow of wool to continue her crochet journey.
House results were as follows :-
1st Place – Whitmore
2nd Place – Torrance
3rd Place – Orme
4th Place – Elkes
