Collection information for candidates

Certificates are available for collection, as follows:

Date(s)	Mon 12th December 2022	Time	5pm – 6.30pm	Collection point	School Reception

If either of the above collection times are not convenient, you can either:

• nominate someone to collect on your behalf – you will need to write them a note of permission and they will need ID

OR

• arrange another mutually convenient date/time
